1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 77pak website, downloading the 77pak app, or creating a player account, you are confirming that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 77pak. They apply to all aspects of your use of the platform — registration, deposits, gameplay, sports betting, bonuses, withdrawals, and any interaction with our customer support team.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 77pak, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 77pak is strictly an adult platform.
• You must be registering as an individual for personal entertainment — not on behalf of a third party or commercial operation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 77pak employee in a role that involves access to platform systems.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed 77pak account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must be using your own payment method — deposits and withdrawals must come from and return to accounts held in your name.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are met. 77pak may request documentation to verify your age or identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Rules

Registration

When you create a 77pak account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information at the point of registration is a breach of these terms.

One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one 77pak account. If duplicate accounts are identified, 77pak reserves the right to close all secondary accounts and, where bonus funds have been obtained through multiple accounts, to void those balances. The primary account may also be reviewed.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. 77pak will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed to your verified payment method. Accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements will have those bonuses forfeited upon closure.

4. Deposits

77pak accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The available deposit methods are displayed at the time of deposit within your account.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are shown at the time of transaction.
• 77pak does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits that fail to arrive within the expected timeframe should be reported to support with relevant transaction confirmation details.
• 77pak reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if fraud or terms violations are suspected.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 77pak are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. The platform supports withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer.

Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed quickly — often within a few hours during normal operating periods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on your bank. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

Verification Requirements

Before your first withdrawal, and at any point where 77pak deems it necessary, you may be asked to verify your identity. This is a standard process to protect your funds and prevent fraud. Required documents typically include a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC) and confirmation of your payment method ownership.

Withdrawal Conditions

• A minimum wagering requirement applies to deposited funds before withdrawal. This means your deposit must be placed as at least one bet before a withdrawal request will be approved.
• Bonus funds are subject to their own specific wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts registered in the player's name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each specific promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are separate from your real money balance and will be used first when placing bets, unless stated otherwise.
• 77pak reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled, any wagering already completed will be honoured under the original terms.

Bonus Abuse

Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through promotions — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, structured or hedged betting designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other form of bonus manipulation — is strictly prohibited. 77pak reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings and close accounts where abuse is identified.

7. Gameplay & Betting

77pak offers a range of gaming and betting options including sports betting (with a particular focus on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals and football), online slots, fish games, and bingo. The rules for each game or betting market are available within the relevant section of the platform.

Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market. In the event of a match cancellation, postponement, or result dispute, 77pak's sports rules (available within the sports section) will apply. 77pak reserves the right to void bets where it reasonably believes an error in pricing has occurred or where the integrity of a market is in question.

Game Fairness

All casino-style games available on the 77pak platform — including slots, fish games and bingo — are operated using certified random number generation. Results are determined by the game provider's certified systems and are not influenced by 77pak or by individual player activity.

Bet Cancellation

Once placed and confirmed, bets cannot generally be cancelled or amended. If a technical error occurs during the placement of a bet, please contact support immediately with the relevant details.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77pak platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent closure of your account:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to interact with the platform outside of normal human gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, sports results, or platform systems in any way.
• Using 77pak for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 77pak staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Transferring funds between player accounts or facilitating transactions on behalf of third parties.

9. Privacy & Data

77pak collects and processes personal data as part of operating the platform. This includes information you provide during registration, data generated through your gameplay and transactions, and technical data collected through your use of the website or app.

Your data is used to operate your account, process payments in PKR, provide customer support, comply with our obligations, and improve the platform. It is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

77pak provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to keep the platform stable, available and accurate, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, and third-party service interruptions may occasionally affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted, 77pak shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Losses arising from a player's own decisions, betting choices or gameplay.
• Losses or delays caused by payment providers, network issues, or circumstances outside of 77pak's direct control.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

77pak may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated date shown at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. We may also notify players of significant changes through in-platform messaging or other communication methods.

Your continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support if you wish to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
